Free shipping from € 50 within the Netherlands!

Shipment:

Dutch Hammock Store ensures that your order is shipped quickly and cheaply by us. We ship our packages with PostNL, the most reliable carrier in the Netherlands.

Once you place your order, you can choose whether you want your package delivered at home (in the evening or during the day) or at a PostNL collection point. The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the value of your order and for orders under € 50, we do this on the weight of the products so that you do not pay too much.

If you choose delivery, you can also have your package delivered to a PostNL service point. This is useful for when you are not at home during the day. You can select a PostNL service point yourself at the Check out. Via the Track & Trace code that you receive from us by email or SMS, you can always track where your package is.

As a tip from the Dutch Hammock Store, we would like to inform you that you can use the PostNL app to see if you receive mail at your address. Ideal if you want to track your package with the supplied Track & Trace code. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or the Google Play Store. Please note that you must create an account for this.

We also ship throughout Europe!

Shipping costs for within Europe are structured as follows:
0 kg to 2 kg € 15 per shipment
2 kg to 5 kg € 22.50 per shipment
5 kg to 10 kg € 27.50 per shipment

These shipping costs are based on average rates across Europe.
